WordPress Plugin Settings
On your left just above the settings, you can find the plugin setting option. In the plugin setting options you’re getting mainly three options as installed plugins, add new, and plugin editor.
A plugin adds additional features to wordpress. This is created by many different people to add different functionalities in wordpress. There are more than thousands of plugins you can find to add more functionalities to your wordpress site.
In the very first menu called installed the plugin, you can find all of your installed plugins and you can update them from time to time as per the notifications. You can also activate and deactivate any plugin in this menu. In the second option, you see the add new option just below the installed plugin. When you click on add new option you’ll find thousands of plugins to install on your wordpress dashboard. You can add plugins according to the niche and requirements of your website.
In the last option of plugin editor, you’ll find the code of all plugins and you can edit/add them to change the functionalities of some of the plugins. Some experienced
developers make proper use of this plugin editor option and make their website look very attractive and optimized.
But it is not recommended for beginners because a minor mistake in code can lead to a broke-down of your website.
