Gaston is a successful corporate professional as Global Category Manager of Materion Corporation, Ohio with over 20 years of experience in procurement. However, he wanted to build something from scratch, and with his spouse, wanted to create an AI-based HR app for companies to predict employee behaviour and possible turnout. His passion was turned into a real project after he enrolled in the PGP-AIML Program and learned how to build AI and machine learning products from scratch.

Milind Kopikare is the President of Great Learning, North America. An expert in digital transformation and customer experience management, he has a special interest in Data Visualization and Product Strategy.
