  • Program Manager

    This role sits in the Program Office which is a part of the international delivery operations team - the team responsible for handling of end-to-end journey of the learners. 

    A program manager owns the entire life cycle of a cohort of learners, from the enrolment to the completion of the program journey. Learners are working professionals from across the globe, aspiring to upskill in new age / digital competencies, like data analytics, data science, artificial intelligence et. al. 

    In this role of a Program Manager, one has to, 

    • Be the first point of contact for participants for any queries, and provide necessary support for all the needs within the scope of program offerings, in a timely manner
    • Foster meaningful relationships with participants, understand their needs & preferences, and deliver a personalised experience 
    • Drive all the Program Office responsibilities around scheduling & delivering program activities, including but not limited to, online sessions, webinars, evaluations, grading, presentations, etc. This will require engagement with a variety of internal and external stakeholders like senior managers, academicians, industry professionals et. al.
    • Monitor, diagnose and drive interventions around participants’ performance and engagement during the program journey to ensure each participant has a great experience and achieves learning outcomes.
    • Contribute to organisation building by identification, development and implementation of processes for efficient and effective program management

    Work Shift: 4 PM to 1 AM (US Shift)
  • Learning Consultant (Inside Sales Specialist)

    • Driving inquiries & admissions for the online/blended learning programs offered for the Domestic/International Market
    • Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program
    • Counseling experienced professionals via call or email on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options
    • Updating and maintaining MIS reports.

    • Minimum 0-2 years of work experience, a large part of which should be in BPOs, counseling, or sales (Travel, BFSI, EdTech, FinTech)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially in Excel
    • A passion for growing emerging brands.

  • Assistant Manager - SEO

    • Strategically, should be able to focus on new areas and bring fresh ideas about where to invest and create new assets.
    • Should be able to coordinate with different stakeholders, including product, content, tech/devs, sales, and performance teams.
    • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a product-based company where revenue growth is the primary goal.
    • Check if we can get candidate from Simplilearn or other popular ed-tech.
    • Should be able to debug and execute tasks and activities to tackle ranking drop, traffic drop, and recommendations on scaling organic channel contribution.
    • Well-versed with SEO tools like GSC, ahrefs, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, Looker Studio, GA4, ChatGPT, Gemini etc
    • Should be able to initiate product-led tasks for SEO growth and conversions.
    • Show hustle & go-getter attitude to get the work done.

  • Senior Program Manager

    • Oversee Learning Delivery Operations: Manage the end-to-end delivery operations for one or more programs, ensuring accountability and quality in all learning delivery processes.
    • Lead Program Managers: Supervise a team of Program Managers responsible for managing the end-to-end learning lifecycle of their respective learner cohorts.
    • Drive Process Excellence: Implement and maintain high compliance and standardized best practices across all team members and program cohorts to ensure high-quality learning experience.
    • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, coordinating across functions and teams to ensure the smooth operation of delivery processes.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Oversee all ongoing and strategic reporting and analysis activities to monitor and manage key performance metrics for delivery operations.
    • Promote Continuous Improvement and Team Well-being: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development by prioritizing the well-being of team members, monitoring their performance, providing targeted training, and aligning the team’s vision with the organization's goals.
    • Drive Organizational Innovation: Contribute to organizational development through innovative and strategic initiatives.

    • Preference would be given to those who have one or more of the following
    1. Experience in handling international clients / customers / audience
    2. Experience in education industry
    3. Experience of working in startup environment
    Experience - Experience - 4-8 years
  • Data Scientist - Academic Operations

    • Own the quality of end to end learning experience for our global flagship programs in the domain of analytics, data science and artificial intelligence
    • Own the hands on development of all the different components of the learning experience, including but not limited to video content, hands-on/ labs material, projects and various other learning activities/interventions. This will include engaging with SMEs/faculties/industry experts.
    • Be a mentor / training assistant to hundreds of global professional by providing technical support, guidance and feedback in a timely manner
    • Develop and leverage analytics powered solutions to continuously monitor and identify opportunities to improve quality of the learning experience in terms of appropriateness, accuracy, richness and outcomes. This will involve solving a variety of business problems using data.
    • Be an active contributor to organization building by identifying and executing on various growth as well as capability development opportunities, in terms of new products or processes.
    • 1+ years of working experience in Data Science, Analytics or Artificial Intelligence
    • Have solved an end-to-end business problem or been part of a problem-solving journey
    • Strongly mandatory - 1+ year experience in using SQL to query data and Python to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
    • Experience in creating and using machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling methods
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to work through complex concepts in easy-to-understand language
    • Experience with open-source DL toolkits such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
