Job Description

  • Oversee Learning Delivery Operations: Manage the end-to-end delivery operations for one or more programs, ensuring accountability and quality in all learning delivery processes.
  • Lead Program Managers: Supervise a team of Program Managers responsible for managing the end-to-end learning lifecycle of their respective learner cohorts.
  • Drive Process Excellence: Implement and maintain high compliance and standardized best practices across all team members and program cohorts to ensure high-quality learning experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, coordinating across functions and teams to ensure the smooth operation of delivery processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Oversee all ongoing and strategic reporting and analysis activities to monitor and manage key performance metrics for delivery operations.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement and Team Well-being: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development by prioritizing the well-being of team members, monitoring their performance, providing targeted training, and aligning the team’s vision with the organization's goals.
  • Drive Organizational Innovation: Contribute to organizational development through innovative and strategic initiatives.

  • Preference would be given to those who have one or more of the following
  1. Experience in handling international clients / customers / audience
  2. Experience in education industry
  3. Experience of working in startup environment
