Week 0 | Pre-work

The objective of this session is to ensure that you are able to properly install MySQL on your system

Week-1: Introduction to Databases and the Fundamentals of SQL

Master Oracle SQL Developer for querying, filtering, transforming data, pattern matching, sorting, using aliases for column names, and dynamic input in SQL queries.

Week-2: Data Manipulation and Analysis

Master data summarization with aggregation functions, multi-level data categorization using GROUP BY, filter grouped results, define data type constraints, and establish relationships while combining multiple tables

Week-3: Advanced aggregation

Explore advanced aggregation using window functions, prioritize results through ranking, compare adjacent rows with value functions, nest queries, create reusable result sets, and understand the order of SQL statement execution.

Week-4: Database architecture

Master DDL, DML, and DCL statements, optimize data retrieval with indexing, manage user access and privileges effectively, and leverage unique Oracle SQL features like synonyms and sequences for database object alterations.

Week-5: Data Pipeline and Management

Acquire the ability to design and employ stored procedures for code reuse in data manipulation and ingestion, utilize functions for efficient calculations, and use views to speed up insight generation by creating temporary tables.

Week-6: Learning Break

Week-8: NoSQL Database

Develop a strong grasp of NoSQL databases, with a specific focus on MongoDB. Learn key operations, including collection creation and deletion, CRUD actions, query and update operators, projections, and record manipulation through limiting and sorting.

Week-9: Distributed Data Processing

Grasp efficient data aggregation for analytics, improve data retrieval with indexing and search capabilities, and ensure data consistency and reliability using replication and sharding.

Week-10: Querying on Vector database

Comprehend high-dimensional vector data storage, data embedding, multi-dimensional data querying with vector search, and vector index management.

Week-11: Generative AI for SQL

Utilize generative AI for SQL query generation, data creation, query optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting. Also, master the art of crafting effective prompts to achieve desired outputs and continually fine-tune prompts for optimal results.

Week-12: Final Project
