A systems analyst is an IT (information technology) professional specializing in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems. The responsibility of a systems analyst is to analyze and design techniques to solve business-related issues using information technology. Systems analysts work on optimizing the program for user experience. They also resolve user issues and help management to improve productivity. Systems analysts will be required to have a working knowledge of widely used programming languages, knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database management, and experience in testing, training, and implementing a program.
