I could clearly articulate to the client the various issues and gaps within the process for our major retail client. However, the biggest challenge I had was the broad scope of the right skills and knowledge to address the various issues that I had in hand. Articulation isn’t just enough. I needed more than just verbal or written communication. For e.g., statistics, reality, the solution to the problem, and better graphical representation and elicitation to make the senior management understand things effortlessly.

I was skeptical in the beginning due to the busy schedule. However, GL has made learning easier for all ages.
