I am Saquib Azim Hasware, a native from Shrivardhan, Raigad district in Maharashtra. I completed B.E. in Instrumentation and control in 2012. Before B.E., I completed a Diploma in Instrumentation and secured a Gold Medal at University.
Currently, I am working for Yokogawa India Limited, having a total of around 10years of experience in the field of Industrial Automation. Travel across gulf countries for project execution through Yokogawa. Before joining, I was working as DCS Automation Engineer and even to date.
The biggest professional challenge I faced, I started my career as Instrumentation Engineer (Operation and Maintenance) at the site. Then I joined Yokogawa as a System Automation engineer. This transition from field engineer to automation engineer was one of the biggest professional challenges I faced.
The later stage when working for a Multinational Company and coping with international client requirements when the client doesn’t understand your language and you don’t understand his, then you are stuck with design requirements and fulfilling demands even if it is very hard to achieve is also a very challenging task.
After a long time, I was thinking of upskilling myself with the latest technology and the latest market requirement. Learning has become a little stagnant for me, working almost the same thing for many years. Learning online was not challenging, taking out some time from my daily routine work and personal life (I am married and have one kid) that were little apprehensions. I decided to go for the AIML Course, which is obviously one of the fast-growing skills, and later after looking for 2 to three online portals for the same Great learning, I found will be best for me, which now I think is the best decision I made.
The quality of Mentored Learning Sessions is very good with maximum learning and clearing doubts. These sessions help me a lot for better understanding and clearing doubts, and these sessions are always encouraging me to learn more and more. Quality of teaching along with the content of teaching in great learning is very good with clear vision.
Mentor plays a very important role in learning, guiding you to understand things and clearing doubts. Our mentor always helps us and provides the maximum inputs of the subject and related things. He also encourages us to learn other related things and guides us to use different resources to get maximum knowledge for the same.
I have very good exposure to AIML. Still, lots of things are there to learn.
But speaking about accomplishment, I have accomplished the path, the way forward to learn and get maximum knowledge in the field of AIML and also upskill myself with the latest upcoming challenges in the field of AIML.
