I have 22 years of experience and am currently working as Director in a leading IT services company. Extensively worked on a digital process automation tool called Pega. I have played key roles such as Practice leadership, Delivery Head, Asset Class Head, and Engagement Delivery Lead in my career.
Personally, I am a great fan of Kishore Kumar and Ilayaraja. I love to listen to their songs anywhere, anytime.
I have been working on the same technology for more than 14 years. The biggest challenge was to upskill on the latest digital technology such as Cloud, IoT, and AIML technologies. I felt I have to gain expertise on the latest digital technologies to serve my client’s future needs and deliver meaningful benefits to society. Mentored learning sessions give us a great opportunity to collaborate with other learners in the batch. During the mentor sessions, the faculty provides clarification on the questions we come across during our self-learning, and also, we discuss real project experience related to the topic and explain how it was handled. The quality of the learning sessions is very good. The mentoring sessions are well planned. The mentoring session will ensure that we gain sufficient knowledge regarding all the topics. All the key topics are discussed in detail with examples and live implementation demos by the mentor. All the doubts get cleared during the session itself. Be it weekday or weekend, our mentor Raghu is very prompt in responding to our batch queries.
From the newly learned skill sets, I have understood the capabilities of AIML technology.
