Tell us about your professional background.

I work as a Data Scientist in the automobile industry and have five years of work experience. I am currently working as the Assistant Manager – Analytics (TVS) at Autosense Private Limited. I did my graduation in computer science and joined Great Learning in 2019.

Why did you choose to upskill?

I wanted to move into an area of work that would allow me to learn more about artificial intelligence and deep learning. That was the main reason I wanted to upskill. I was working with machine learning, and by looking at the demand in the industry today, it is clear that AI and deep learning are on an upward trend.

What did you like the most about the PGP-AIML?

The course curriculum is quite comprehensive when compared to other areas who are providing similar values. Great Learning also provides ample resources for self-study.

One of my favourite parts about the course was the case-studies during our sessions. There was a lot of scope for peer to peer learning, and their knowledge also helped me gain new insights and information. So far, Great Learning has helped me achieve everything I wanted to.

Advice for future PGP-AIML aspirants.

I would suggest you learn a few basic concepts in coding and mathematics, as that will help you make the most out of the course. It will help you in understanding the concepts more clearly. Although this is not a prerequisite, it is better to be prepared.
