Upskilling can be done at any point in your career. Continuous learning has become an important part of today’s professional workforce. Newer technologies are being developed rapidly and it is quite important to stay up-to-date with these advancements.
Rajesh Phadnis chose to upskill and talks about his experience with Great Learning’s PGP Data Science and Business Analytics course.
As we reach the end of the course, I am writing to thank Great Learning for the support provided throughout the course. According to me, it is an achievement in itself to carry so many people of different academic and professional backgrounds until the end.
What have I gained from this course?
Well, one thing that the PGP Data Science and Business Analytics course has done for me is that it has made me an eternal student. Coming from a completely non-coding background, I remember the initial days when I used to wonder if I had made the right choice and if I would be able to finish this course. I was like a KNN algorithm (slow learner for high volume data), but with the support and encouragement of mentors, peers, and you guys, here I am, still standing. I was the one person in class who used to ask countless queries. Not just during the class, but later as well. Every single time, you have ensured the timely close looping of those queries. Be it related to the course, grades, or any other matter. Apologies, if I have bombarded you with a series of queries. And thank you for ensuring that they were clarified.
I also wish to thank all the mentors and the support staff. They are working tirelessly behind the scenes to create relevant content. I thank them for their dedication and passion.
