If you do not wish to share the edited video you posted on Facebook on IGTV, you can also share the original video from YouTube by uploading it directly to IGTV.

For Instagram stories, the blog content has to be shortened to the 15-second limit. It can be done by either editing your blog-turned-video or sharing screenshots of the blog content. 

One can also add links to your blog, website, YouTube channel to Instagram stories. That way, people can directly come to your site, a win-win for all.
