I have worked as a Senior Research Analyst at companies like Gartner and WNS. My experience is mostly around Business Research, Operation Excellence, Client Engagement, and Project Management with expertise in talent planning and analysis, strategic sourcing, and performing impactful research to provide insightful reports for decision making. I have done my graduation in Economics Hons from the University of Delhi.
I was working as a full-time professional Senior Research Analyst at Gartner for approximately two years, and then I decided to upskill myself in Data Science and Business Analytics.
The biggest challenge I came across did not have enough skills which were in demand, and that became a roadblock in my professional growth. I initially tried to find growth in my research domain but felt more need of upskilling when I realized that data science and analytics are taking over the market, and it’s high time I should upskill myself and open the doors to more and better career opportunities.
I have heard a lot from my colleagues and friends about this course. Initially, I was doubtful about my learning journey through an online program, but later I gained my confidence when I got enough learning material and support from my mentors and program managers.
Each and every session was a great experience and something very insightful. Learning from mentors, who were industry experts, too, was a great journey overall.
