I am currently pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT ADT University Pune. I am in my final year. I was struggling as a student to learn machine learning in my college.
My biggest challenge, I was not able to find the relevant information while learning. When I was learning by googling on the internet, I just found the basics, which I already knew. This made me frustrated and irritated, but when I calmed my mind down, I started searching for courses that included everything I wanted to learn to make a career in this field.
While searching for courses, I found many which taught machine learning, but none were there which taught what I needed to learn. Your courses were perfect for me, so I contacted Great Learning for the PGP Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Course. While learning, I didn’t have any apprehensions as I have done some different courses online.
The mentoring sessions have been very helpful to me. Sometime before, when I did some other courses, they just had video lectures and quizzes. Sometimes, this caused me to lose confidence, but these mentoring sessions gave me a final touch to remove my uneasiness and build confidence. This confidence helped me answer questions that my peers or teachers asked in college. The quality of these sessions is just perfect in my eyes.
Mentors were always there to help me with any issue I faced in the course. They were trying their best to support me. They always asked everyone in my batch to ask questions or raise queries if we had any problems. Doing projects, helping my peers in college with their major projects. Teaching them some topics they could not find by searching on the internet.
I want to give others advice: Regularly test your knowledge by completing tests and projects. Always stay in touch with your studying material, or you might forget some small details which are very important while learning.
