Tell us about your professional background.
I completed my BE in information technology in 2019, but I felt unsatisfied with what I learned during those four year. So I wanted to explore the IT field. I discussed it with my friends, and I was introduced to this buzzword- data scientist. Therefore, I researched the field and found it interesting.
Why Great Learning?
I found the DSE course by Great Learning had a lot of great reviews and feedback from alumni. So I decided to join the course in the Mumbai branch. The full-time class course was very effective and productive, I had great hands-on experience dealing with data. The journey throughout the course was quite interesting. Every day we used to learn something new, this kept us interested in this field and helped us in acquiring new skills and knowledge to upskill ourselves.

How was your experience with PGP- DSE?
With experienced and intellectual faculties, I also experienced peer to peer learning which I think had made me valuable in the market, due to my knowledge and skills. Also, the regular assignments and quizzes kept me updated.
How was your experience with the placements team?
After the completion of the course, the placement pool went smoothly. Thanks to everyone’s effort, I got a job offer at Marsh and Mclennan (JLT) as an Analyst(CAT modeling) with a good package. At last, I would say that it was a good decision by me to get myself enrolled in the Data Science and Engineering PG program, and would also recommend all the students out there to get themselves enrolled in such a good course if they are interested in a Data Analytics job.
