My Capstone topic was – PREDICTING AND OPTIMIZING EMPLOYEE ATTRITION USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
We referred to a list of sample topics after browsing through the internet and after group discussions with team members. We used various concepts such as Linear regression, Random Forest, Predictability, Accuracy
Predication for our Capstone Project.
At the end of the Capstone, we understood how to plan an AI project, competitors, SWOT Analysis, and ROI from a business standpoint.
It’s great teamwork. Pleased to work with neutral members outside the workforce. All members are pretty occupied with their professional and personal commitments. But still, they are very flexible to have Adhoc calls and brainstorm ideas. Thanks to the group members who contributed well as a team to perform better in each stage of the capstone.
My AIFL Program journey was pretty awesome and rewarding.
We are planning to implement the Workforce.AI initiative. The project is yet to start at ground level.
