The world is constantly changing, and continuous learning is necessary to become successful. Read David’s story with Great Learning’s PGP- Data Science and Business Analytics course and how he achieved his career goals.
Why did you decide to upskill?
Working in the humanitarian and development field with INGO made me realize how much data goes to waste without digging through it in multiple ways. I joined the PGP-DSBA course with Great Learning inspired by the motive to move beyond just Monitoring and Evaluation, into Data Science and visual analytics, and explore new ways to make sense of the tonnes of data I receive on a daily basis. I was also inspired to follow continuous learning.
What did you like the most about the program and curriculum?
I must acknowledge that my expectations have exceeded from the outset of the program. My experience with the clarity of recorded video classes from all sessions (theory and practical sessions in R), the recorded video facilitators, and the wonderful mentor session with Michel and Pooja. They have gone above and beyond to share their experiences on the practicality of this course in the real world, opportunities, and career guidance. Aakriti has played quite an outstanding role in keeping me informed about any notifications, always available to respond to any queries I had, and responded swiftly.
