What is the Process?

The process of becoming an instructor at Great Learning is very simple. Firstly, fill out the given form. If you are shortlisted, you will go through a basic interview process.

If selected,  you will also get the opportunity to co-create the content with us to make ‘learning’ a rich and fruitful experience for the learners.

Here is a brief regarding the process we follow during the collaboration:

1. Demo approval
2. Finalizing remuneration
3. Contract signing
4. Finalizing the Topic, Table of Contents, and duration.
5. Deck creation by Instructor/Great Learning
6. Course Recording by Instructor
7. Editing and Production + Going Live
8. Sharing the course on LinkedIn by Great Learning and Instructor and other social media handles

We follow a 1-2 weeks timeline from Contract signing to finishing Course recording. This can vary depending on the course content and duration we finalize mutually. (generally 2 to 4 hours)
