AIFL course met all my expectations. The instructors and guest speakers were highly qualified and credible. They delivered very informative and impactful presentations pertinent to the learning audience and desired learning. My goal was to gain a better understanding of the AI processes in order to improve business development efforts.
The course was not difficult but at the same time it was not a “gentleman’s course”. Reading, quizzes, and projects demanded approximately 7 hours a week. The self-paced nature of the course did allow flexibility to accomplish the course requirements when convenient to my work and personal life schedule.
Ultimately, I increased my understanding of AI, processes involved in integrating AI into business, specific expertise and personnel requirements to build an AI team, and real-world applicability to organizations’ business needs. I would highly recommend the this University of Texas collaborated course to others who want to obtain a better understanding of AI and the detailed processes and limitations that business leaders need to understand before undergoing AI projects in their own companies or marketing it to others.
