What is Agility Learning?
Learning agility, although it sounds fancy, isn't a new concept. It took years of research and lots of effort to assert that it exists and is quantified on an individual level. It speaks about understanding how to learn when you don't know what to do. It helps you learn from experience, apply them to newer situations in innovative methods and adapt to the finer opportunities and newer environments.

This will eliminate all the resources wasted. Flexibility, experimentation, interpersonal and performance risk-taking, collaborating, data collection, seeking feedback are other examples of learning agility.
